NOTD: Sinful Colors
I am really loving Sinful Colors nail polish and you can't beat the price, $1.99 at Walgreens. The combination of the two colors makes me think of Halloween. Is everyone getting excited for Halloween? Have you picked out what you are wearing? I am still looking for the right outfits for my little ones.

Pretty NOTD! I love Sinful too, so cheap and pretty. Some colors I want are always out though lol
Very pretty! I am surprised to see that you are using Sec N Dry. It seems like most of the people I've come across use either Seche Vite and Poshe. I use Orly In a Snap, which is similar to Sec N Dry. I find it much easier to work with than Seche or Poshe.
I'm glad you managed to find it! It looks really good on you and the glitter topcoat looks great!
